Hello! The Technical Quality Group Manager will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 30+ subject matter experts (SMEs) directly. The role involves developing global standards on validation, communicating quality/validation requirements within the business, and coordinating and executing validation activities in line with timelines. The applicant must possess a Level 5 or above qualification in an engineering or scientific discipline and have significant experience working within an established Quality System within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Additionally, experience in the manufacture and control of solid oral dosage products and representing the company with external clients and/or regulatory inspectors is preferred.
