You must of got the wrong company, these are a catering company, as these only have one staff member I don't understand where you say staff are ugly and very sad. The owner is such a lovely outgoing person you would get meet. He will help and make your catering experience out of the world.

Amazing catering company, we had such a lovely afternoon party such much food and worth every penny. I would recommend this company to anyone. I will be booking again.
